Secrets We Share S2E11: Rebecca

Rebecca has learnt to say ‘No’! This has come from years workplace bullying and harassment that left her feeling so awful she was physically unable to work for over three months.  Her cat Blizzard and close friends helped her to survive. Now, having success in a new career she’s able to reflect on how important the support from Toastmasters, a club and activity she’s passionate about, played a big role in driving her forward to regain her health and zest for life. Over the course of her worst times she also discovered that something she’d doubted would work for, did, but only because she recognised something about the process of therapy.

Listen to her talk about the importance of trust if you are a Patron.

Thank you to Rebecca for taking time out of her day to talk with me.

Thank you to Nick McCorriston for being my podcast guru and putting the thing together with music and intros.
