Kat Brennan

Counsellor

After years of working in training and development, leadership, and compliance in the public service, I was looking for a meaningful way to contribute to the betterment of people’s lives. Having undertaken my own therapeutic journey and after working in roles where I was providing incidental counselling, I decided to formally study counselling.

I have always had an interest in empowering people and helping them to develop the skills and tools they need to be the best version of themselves.

I have a person focused approach and work with my clients based on their needs.
