I have been avoiding this, in the hope I wouldn’t need to, but I feel the time has come due to the rapidly evolving situation regarding Covid-19. I’d like to share how I have and will continue to support my clients and community.
Session format
For now face to face sessions will continue but in time these may need stop. All sessions can be conducted by telephone, Skype or Zoom if you would prefer. You’re welcome to let me know your preference for session format at time of booking or any time before your session via text or phone call.
Keeping you up to date
If a client or I are confirmed with Covid-19, I’ll let you know (considering confidentiality and privacy). I will be continuing to monitor the advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Department of Health to make sure I am following all the necessary steps to ensure ongoing safety. I will be posting updates on the Facebook page and here.
What can you do
As with every Winter season, I ask that you do not attend face-to-face sessions if you are feeling unwell. You can text or call to request your session be via Skype or telephone at any time. If you are confirmed as having Covid-19 and have attended a face-to-face session in the two weeks prior, please let me know. This ensures I can self-isolate and make suitable provisions for the safety of clients and the wider community. Please don’t cancel your appointments ‘just in case’, together we can work through this.
Cleanliness of the room
The Secret Keeper operates in a public space, so it will be difficult to ensure surface cleanliness outside of the room. However, in my room, I will be personally cleaning surfaces regularly. As always, tissues will be available, as will access to toilet facilities so you are able wash your hands. Sorry, but I haven’t been able to find any hand sanitizer, but I’m working on it.
