After a longer than planned drive to the NSW South coast, I found Sarah waiting for me in her lovely, warm and welcoming practice room. She's a very calming presence that was an absolute pleasure to talk with, as is evidenced by the slightly longer than usual length of this episode.
We spoke about her work as a registered Kinesiology and Psyche-K practitioner and how it helps folks with mental and physical health issues. We talk about our shared love of animals and how a connection to nature can be beneficial to self-care.
We also talk about what led her down this path of study after a successful career as a make-up artist in Hollywood and around the world and what drives her to be her B.E.S.T.
The school programs she references are 'Smiling Mind' and 'Ginger the Frog'. The book referral is Bruce Lipton 'The Power of Biology'.
Thank you to Sarah for welcoming me into her space and sharing with me.
Thank you to Nick McCorriston for being my podcast guru.
