I spoke with Kym, a psychosexual therapist in her lovely Canberra home. With one of her self-care activities being furniture restoration, it was beautifully decorated with a calming energy. We spoke about being a therapist with sex being a main topic for clients. As a fellow sex-therapist, we spoke about the challenges faced, including faux calls, and being questioned about understanding the problem. I share a particular experience that caused Kym to shake her head and chuckle at the ridiculousness of it.
